We are unable to take on lost animal cases at this time.

1.First, schedule your appointment
Email (fastest) or call 518-245-8010.
2. Check your email
After your appointment is set, we'll send an email confirming your appointment time, plus tips to get the most out of your session.
3. Payment
All sessions are prepaid. Payment needs to be received by 5pm the day before the session. If payment confirmation has not been received, you will be contacted canceling the session.
PayPal (fastest) US & International clients
After your appointment is set, please check your email for an invoice from PayPal.
You do not need a PayPal account, and it's free and simple to use. Out of respect for your privacy, we do not ask for credit card numbers over the phone.

4. Sending photos
Photos are helpful but not necessary. We can work with a name and description, too.
Email ONE OR TWO digital photos of each animal, if possible looking towards the camera.
**Please label the photo with your animal's name.**
Mailing printed photos: If you want your picture returned, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope, or we can can keep it in your file for the future.
5. On Your Appointment Day
Susan will call your phone number, or Skype address, at your appointment time. To have the full benefit of your session, please have line open and phone battery charged. People often report their animals look different before, and after the session!
Services & fees:
Phone sessions include cost of phone call to US & Canada
Fees include intake, check-in with your animals before the session, and the live session.
Hours during the week by appointment, including some evenings (Eastern US time) Occasional Saturday appointments are available.
Closed Sundays (except for clinics)
Please schedule your appointment before sending photos or payment.
Basic phone / Skype animal communication session - Up to 45 minutes
Up to 2 animals, less complex issues, or working with one animal in more depth.
Fee: $75.
Regular phone / Skype session - Up to 60 minutes
Deeper focus, up to 3 animals.
Fee $95.
Build your connection: 3 Session Discounted Packages
Three 45-minute sessions: $210. (save $15)
Three hour-long sessions: $260. (save $25)
Sessions will be scheduled and invoiced together.
Rush / Same Day / Weekend Appointments
Depending on availability. Please add $15. to regular fee.
Follow-up phone session (up to 30 minutes)
Returning clients only.
Fee: $60.
For one animal we've worked with in the last 3 months, follow up on same area.
For deeper issues, please schedule a regular-length consultation.
House / Barn Call
One hour on-site session. Up to 3 animals. Fee $150.
(includes up to 1-hour round trip travel from Saratoga Springs NY)
REIKI / ENERGY MEDICINE for ANIMALS & PEOPLE
Remote Reiki / healing attunement: 30-40 minute session: Fee $60.
Add call / email chat feedback following session - $15. per 15 minute consultation.
Three-Session "Reiki Healing Retreat"
Fee:
$150. (save $30, scheduled and invoiced together)
Private mentoring series for developing communicators

6. Cancellation Policy ...
Because of the preparation time before appointments, missed appointments and appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged the full appointment fee.
To change your appointment, the client is responsible to call 518-245-8010 at least one business day ahead.
