1. Contact us to set up your appointment time.

Q: How soon can we schedule an appointment?
A:
If you have internet and email, usually within a few days. If you want to use snail-mail, we allow 2 weeks.
**Please wait to send photos until your appointment time is set.**
2. Once your appointment time is set, you'll receive two emails:
1) Confirming your appointment time & tips to get the most out of your consultation.
2) Invoice from PayPal (unless you're mailing a check)
3. Payment ...
Phone appointments are pre-paid.
Once your appointment is set, you should receive an email from PayPal with a link to your personalized invoice on PayPal's secure site. You can pay by credit card or by checking account if you have a PayPal account.
PayPal is free for you and you don't need a PayPal account to use it.
PayPal Orders need to be completed 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

4. Sending photos of your animals ...

Photos are helpful but not necessary. We can work with a name and description, too.
Easiest: email ONE OR TWO digital photos of each animal, if possible looking towards the camera. Group photos are fine. Just hit "reply" to the email confirming your appointment and attach the photos. **Please note the animal's name with the photo.**
If you want your mailed snapshot returned: Please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope, or we can can keep it in your file for the future.
5. On Your Appointment Day ...
Susan will call the number you gave us at your appointment time. Please email a day in advance if you will be at another number.
Phones: After years of doing consultations, I've learned simple is better: One person on the phone on your end.
What about speaker phones and conference calls? One person on a regular phone is best. A consultation is a chance to connect deeply with our honored guest - your animal - and set aside for a moment the technology and volume of human society. Land lines and internet phones are usually better
than cell phones ... it feels really silly saying "can you hear me now" when we're talking telepathically!

6. Cancellation Policy ...
Your scheduled appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy, we'd appreciate 48 hour's notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Missed appointments (no call / no show) and appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged the full appointment fee.
To change or cancel an appointment: Call our office at 518-245-8010 on a business day (Monday-Friday) at least 24 hours before the appointment.
