Cancellation / Reschedule / Refund Policy

We understand that things come up- because of our advance preparation time and others waiting for sessions, we've implemented this policy for changing or cancelling appointments.

To cancel or reschedule, the client is responsible to call our office (not email) at 518-245-8010 by one business day (24 hours) before the appointment. Business days are M-F not including holidays.

Late changes and missed appointments (if we’re unable to reach you 15 minutes into your scheduled time at phone number you provided) will be charged the scheduled session rate.

There are no refunds for session time used.
