Reki is gentle, easy and fun to learn.
Reiki is a gentle, non invasive Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It’s administered by laying on hands and can be easily learned by anyone.

Depending on class interest, we may also address the practice of Reiki with animals.
The Reiki community has grown to over 2 million practitioners worldwide, balancing body, mind and spirit.
Classes are taught in the Saratoga / Albany region of NY by Susan Hamlin, Reiki Master/Teacher since 1998.

ABOUT OUR REIKI CLASSES
Small class sizes allow students to have plenty of practice time and individual support. Our teaching materials are the William Rand series, from the International Cener for Reiki Training.
REIKI LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION CLASS
This all day intensive workshop will include the Level 1 Usui-Tibetan Attunement, Gassho meditation, energy scanning techniques, working with the human energy systems, principles of ethical practice, and plenty of practice time. If people are interested, we will also address the practice of Reiki with animals.
Reiki Level II CERTIFICATION CLASS
Reiki Level 2 builds on the energy of Level 1, adding the three symbols (Power, Mental-Emotional and Distant Healing) to your practice of Reiki. This all -day intensive workshop will include the Usui-Tibetan Reiki level 2 Attunement, the three Level 2 symbols, distant healing techniques, energy scanning, working with the human energy systems, principles of ethical practice, and plenty of practice time.
Advanced Reiki Training (ART)
One day intensive. You will receive The Usui Master attunement which increases the strength of your Reiki energy. The Usui Master symbol which increases the effectiveness of the Reiki II symbols and can be used for healing. Reiki meditation that strengthens the mind and expands consciousness. Advanced techniques for using Reiki to solve problems and achieve goals. The use of crystals and stones with Reiki. How to make a Reiki grid that will continue to send Reiki to yourself and others after it is charged. Reiki technique that allows you to remove negative psychic energy from yourself and others and send it to the light. A guided meditation that introduces you to your Reiki guides wherein you receive healing and information. You must take ART if you want to take Reiki III/Master.
Reiki III/Master
This is a two day intensive. It includes:
The complete Reiki III Usui/Tibetan Master attunement, Master Manual.
Students will learn & practice how to give Reiki attunements for Reiki I&II and ART and full Reiki Master and the Reiki Healing attunement.
The Usui system of attunements is taught as well as the Usui/Tibetan system used by the International Center for Reiki Training.
Two Tibetan symbols are given for a total of six symbols.
Students will have plenty of of practice time and opportunity to have questions answered about the values, ethics and spiritual orientation of a practicing Reiki Master.
Instruction is given on the Usui system of attunements as well as the updated Tibetan/Usui system.
